2 eggs
Smith & Jones Garlic paste - 1 tbs.
4 pks Smith & Jones Curry noodles
2 packs of sachet of curry flavors (included with the noodles)
3 - 4 yard long bean
1/2 carrot (sliced)
2 cups water
Cooking oil for frying
For garnishing:
Spring onion
fried shallots
Red chill (sliced) |

1.Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan and add the egg. Make scrambled egg and keep aside.
2.Fry Smith & Jones Garlic paste - 1 tbs.
3.Dissolve the sachet of curry flavors with water and add into the fry pan. Fry until fragrant.
4.Add vegetables and mix for a while then add in water. Boil it.
5.Add in the Smith & JonesCurry noodles and mix well until blended. If the water is still not enough to stir the noodles please add the water.
6.Finally, add the scrambled egg and mix well until blended.
7.Garnish with spring onion, fried shallots and red chill before serve. |
